Commercial Tree Surgery is the commercial division of Ross Webster Tree Services.
Ross runs the commercial work personally. He visits the site, prices the job and stays your point of contact through to sign-off.
Tree work has to fit around the people using your site. We plan around tenants and trading hours, provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) before work starts, and supply insurance certificates for your contractor file.
Our arborists are NPTC qualified and Lantra trained for the work they carry out. The business is Constructionline Gold registered and carries £10m public liability insurance. Certificates are available before you book.
If the job needs ecological advice, structural assessment or another specialist, we explain who would provide it and agree the scope before you commission anything. Ask who will be on site and we will confirm the arrangements in writing.
We walk the site with you and discuss the work and priorities. The quotation visit for tree works is free, with no obligation. Surveys and reports are separately commissioned, with an agreed scope, named author and fee.
You get an itemised quote and risk assessments and method statements before we start, adapted to your contractor requirements.
Work is scheduled around your operation, the site is left clean and you get a written record of what was done for your H&S file.
We work across County Durham, North Yorkshire and the North East, including Durham, Darlington, Teesside, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, York and Harrogate.
